With over 30 years experience in keeping bees, a wealth of knowledge about eucalyptus ecology and a passion for sustainable environmental management, our aim is to produce the highest quality Australian Eucalypt Honey through a primary production system with a minimal ecological footprint.

Our honey is a natural product of Australia and its flavours are unique to the Australian bush. Our honey is cold-extracted, unblended and unprocessed eucalypt honey, collected from selected Victorian sites. We have hive sites located in or near state forests and forest reserves as well as at properties in mixed low-intensity farm and woodland. Our honey is “food from the wild” and a sustainable production system. Our honey and hive sites are certified organic by NASAA.

Different species of eucalypts flower at different times of the year and the honey produced from these trees vary in colour and flavour, ranging from the pale, straw-coloured and mildly flavoured yellow box honey, to the almost molasses-coloured and strong flavoured honey of the messmate stringybark.
